At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the State that from perusal of the impugned order itself it reflects that the petitioner has been declared absconder and processes of sections 82 and 83 have been initiated to ensure his appearance in the Court, as such, present pre-arrest bail petition is not maintainable.

3. This fact is not controverted by learned counsel representing the petitioner. However he seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
