2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 11.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 15131 of 2015 by which the Scrutiny Committee constituted at the State level by the Government was to consider the representation of the petitioner.

3. Today, supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the State bringing on record copy of order dated 24.12.2018 by which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order of the writ Court having been complied with, nothing further remains in the present application. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

5. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, with regard to the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee dated 24.12.2018, copy of which has been brought on record in the supplementary show cause filed today, which has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner today itself.
