The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No.134 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired twice causing death of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the materials collected during the investigation discloses that under a conspiracy, the petitioner has been made accused in this case.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is direct allegation against the petitioner

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
