The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail application of petitioner no. 2 namely, Laloo Ray has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 29.10.2021.

Taking into consideration that the name of the petitioner no.1 namely, Rajendra Ray is mentioned in the F.I.R. and it is alleged that he has caused injury, which resulted to death of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant benefit of
