This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 165 of 2017 disclosing offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent inasmuch as he has been implicated at least in three criminal cases of serious nature, I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is accordingly rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, the court bellow shall consider his prayer for regular bail on its own merit, without being prejudiced by
