JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 28-04-2022 The present application has been filed for transfer of the criminal proceedings in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 18/2019 from the J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj to the Judgeship of District Saran at Chhapra as the accused persons in the instant case are continuously threatening the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submits that petitioner would be approaching the trial court, if any tangible threat is meted out to him and seek appropriate directions in respect of his own safety and security. With liberty as sought for, in accordance with law, application is dismissed.
