Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39062/2020 after noticing the gravity of the offence alleged and the role of the petitioner in facilitating the offence as also by the co-accused and also recovery of two pistols, two live cartridges and one magazine from his possession.

In course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has already begun and the evidence is going on. He has not brought on record any material showing what has transpired in course of evidence in the learned trial court, there being no change of

Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is, thus, refused.
