2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on the assurance of marriage of son of petitioners with the informant, both families became on visiting terms. In the meantime, son of petitioners co-accused Md. Taufique started establishing physical relation with informant. However, after lock down petitioners started demanding dowry and then refused to marry their son with informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33283 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 specific allegation of establishing physical relation with informant is against co-accused Md. Taufique and petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case only because they are parents of said co-accused. No specific overt act has been alleged against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Beguserai in Bakhri Police Station Case No. 406 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
