2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Pandarak P.S. Case No. 209 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 307, 448, 379, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that while the informant was parking his vehicle in garage, the accused persons having sword and pistol in their hands, came there and in consequence thereof, one Babita Devi broke out the glass of the vehicle. It is further alleged that the accused persons dragged out the informant from the vehicle and opened fire in the air. Rupees one lakh is also said to have been snatched away in the occurrence.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation against the petitioner is that he fired shot at the chest of the informant, but he has not suffered fire arm injury.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, learned trial court is directed to verify the facts and if, it is found that there is no injury on the person of the informant, the trial court shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to its own satisfaction in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 209 of 2022.

7. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this application stands disposed of.
