2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 599 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners along with others is of killing the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of further dowry demand.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35551 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is Devar of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against these petitioners and they have no concern with mess and business of the deceased as well as her husband and also they live separately from them. It is next submitted that the husband of the deceased is languishing in judicial custody. Petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 599 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Arish/- U T
