JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 At the outset, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to delete the petitioner no.1 from the array of parties. Let the same be done, during the course of the day. The present writ petition has been filed at the behest of surviving petitioner, who were originally petitioners No. 2 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10543 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 4, for consideration of their case for grant of senior selection grade inasmuch as despite several assurances of the Government, no benefit has been granted till date. The learned counsel for the petitioners refers to Annexure-2 page-31 i.e. the letter of the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur to show and to contend that the case of the petitioners is being considered for the purposes of grant of the said benefits as per the notification of the State Government dated 19.12.1992 and 10.01.2007, however, till date no benefit has been granted. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondent no.3 for grant of necessary reliefs, as aforesaid, by filing a representation within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon the respondent no.3 shall dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
