There is direct allegation against the petitioner of indiscriminate firing, hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
The prayer for bail is rejected.
However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial by issuing processes through the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, and if the processes are not respected, then, take step against the erring official(s) for non-compliance and ensure the execution or service report and the cause for not respecting the order.
