The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mashrak P. S. Case No. 245 of 2018 dated 19.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of a co-accused person. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has clean antecedents.

For the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69338 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-6, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P. S. Case No. 245 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
