The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be Dewar of the deceased whose husband has already been allowed bail by this Court vide order dated 13.12.2021, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 42228/2021. Marriage was performed nineteen years back. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner lives separately and is no way concerned with the affairs of the victim and her husband. Petitioner is in custody since 7.4.2021. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for

Considering the rival submissions of the parties and materials available on the record, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Digha Police Station Case No. 189 of 2017/GR No.4607 of 2017.
