On being arrested, he filed B.P.No.512 of 2014 in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, I, Katihar and the same was rejected by the trial Court on 05.07.2014. Hence, this application under Section 439 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure. Heard Sri Dhirendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State. Except making out a general grievance about the conduct of the petitioner, the complainant did not attribute any specific acts of violence or criminality.
