2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 18.06.2016 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Begusarai in Cr. Revision No.385/15 in connection with Complaint Case No.14989 of 2014 dated 11.09.2014 in which cognizance order dated 13.05.2015 has been challenged in which cognizance has only been taken under Section 138 of N.I. Act has been dismissed.

3. It has been informed by learned District Court vide Letter dated 03.06.2025 that the case has been disposed off on 30.03.2019 in connection with Begusarai Complaint

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48053 of 2016(4) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 Case No.14989/2014.

4. In view of the above, the present quashing application stands consigned.
