2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 307, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and he is not named in the F.I.R. His name has transpired in course of investigation on the basis of statement of witnesses. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu opposes the anticipatory bail petition. It is submitted from the order of the learned Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70402 of 2018(2) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 Judge, Khagaria that from paragraph-30 of the case diary it appears that witness has identified the petitioner in C.C.T.V. footage.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
