The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Complain Case No. 77 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to bad village party politics and oblique motive. Further submission is that petitioner has neither concern with the illicit liquor nor with the alleged motorcycles. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
