Patna High Court MJC No.371 of 2016 (4) dt.17-09-2018 no.10 has placed before this Court a supplementary show cause and submits that in view of the order, as contained in Annexure-D to the said supplementary show cause, now the order of the learned Writ Court has been fully complied with. Even though learned counsel for the petitioner is not fully satisfied with the kind of order passed by the Managing Director, Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Ltd., but after some hearing, learned counsel submits that, instead of pressing this application, he would seek liberty from this Court to challenge the said order as contained in Annexure-D to the show cause.
The application is disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
