A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Patna University. A statement has been made therein that the petitioner applied for scrutiny and in course of scrutiny it was found that the petitioner had been awarded 44 marks whereas it should have been 46 marks in total. Accordingly, the Board of Moderators has allowed 46 marks in total and save and except that according to the respondent-University no other infirmity may be found. It is stated that there is no provision for re-evaluation of the answer-sheets.
