====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 Heard Sri Anil Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shyameshwar Dayal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 295A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2008 has prayed for grant bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was only the ADMIN of the Whats App group and he was not knowing regarding offence committed by other members of the group.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71779 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 accusation, I do not find any ground to grant anticipatory bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
