Patna High Court CWJC No.16840 of 2017(3) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 writ petition that the Petitioner's case for payment of salary may considered by the respondents as the petitioner has worked as Block Programme Coordinator, Shivajeenagar, Samastipur. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Literacy), Samastipur to verify the record and ensure payment of salary for the period petitioner has actually worked but not paid salary while working as Block Programme Coordinator. Necessary decision must be taken in this regard within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. Considering the aforesaid, this writ petition stands disposed of.
