This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to determine the rent and issue rent receipt with respect to the Khata No. 29,58 Plot No. 192/ 441 , 242, 131 measuring an area 2.82 Acres and Khata No. 7,58 Plot No. 206, 240 area 2.61 Acres which has been provided to the father o the petitioner and Maternal Uncle (Fufa) of the petitioner on 28.09.1956 in Mauza Narari Kala , P . S.- Barun District - Aurangabad by Bhoodan Yagah Committee Bihar. .

In the facts and circumstances of the case , writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before The Circle Officer, Barun, Aurangabad (Bihar) (respondent No. 6 ) along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

4. In the event, such representation is filed before respondent No. 6 ( The Circle Officer, Barun, Aurangabad (Bihar) ), the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law after hearing all the parties preferably within a further period of six months from the date of receipt of the representation .
