JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent authorities to either remove the road constructed over the private land of the petitioner or grant compensation to the petitioner herein.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the State submits that the road is existing since past 32 years. Having regard to the nature of controversy, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur for redressal of his grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
