JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-08-2023 This is an application for quashing the order dated 23.11.2022 passed in Sessions Trial No. 817 of 2022 arising out of Ballia (Balia) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2022 for offences under Sections 420, 498A, 307 of the I.P.C. and under Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that despite fulfillment of demand of dowry, the petitioner and his family continued with the demand and threatened the informant for dire consequence.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is quite innocent, he has not committed any overt act and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

4. Learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 has

5. From perusing the materials available on record, it appears that the Court below has found strong prima facie case by a detailed impugned order against the petitioner.

6. No infirmity has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
