2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 and POCSO G.R. No. 54 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 70(2) of the B.N.S. read with Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w)(i), 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act and Sections 4, 6 & 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 17.09.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 63521 of 2025 which reads as follows:- "Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Case No.258 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 70(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w) (i),3(2)(v) of the S.C./S.T. Act and under section 4/6/8 of the POCSO Act.
3. The petitioner is said to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant.
4. The petitioner was caught red handed while he was committing rape with the victim. He is in custody since 10.03.2025.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected."
4. Considering the nature of allegation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
