2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier, vide order dated 29.08.2025, a report was called for from the learned Trial Court, which has been received and kept at flag 'A'. From perusal of the same, it appears that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined and thereafter, statement of sole accused (petitioner) under Section 313 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded on 04.08.2025 and now, the case is fixed for defence evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2023.

4. Considering the progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, the learned Trial Court is
