JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted one week time to remove the defect/s as pointed out by the office. If the defect/s are not removed, the order shall be treated to be recalled.

2. The application for Arms License of the petitioner has been rejected because he has not furnished the Arms Training Certificate.

3. This application is disposed of with liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8707 of 2023(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 petitioner to file an application before the competent authority for Arms License again after obtaining the Arms Training Certificate.

4. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered by the competent authority in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that earlier orders were passed against the petitioner by the District Magistrate which has been upheld by the Commissioner.

5. The authorities will also consider the fact that the petitioner is a Member of Rifle Association of Bihar and he is into shooting therefore he deserves Arms License.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
