07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is second attempt made on behalf of the petitioner. Perused the report of the trial court as well as Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur, indicating out of ten witnesses, four witnesses have already been examined remaining six witnesses are expected to be examined at the earliest.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances as emerging from earlier order dated 30th November, 2012, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is refused in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No. 94/2012 (G.R. No. 872/12) pending before learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur. However, trial court is directed to do all the needfuls and preferably conclude the trial within six months.
