The petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2022 in connection with Sadar Circle Excise Case No. 51 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. There is recovery of 177.750 litres of foreign liquor from scorpio vehicle of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.04.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive
