The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 307, 387, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. He submits that in the instant case the allegation of firing on the informant is against Ram Pravesh Mahto and Parmanand Mahto and not against these petitioners.
These facts have not disputed by the counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

No.71015 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
