Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 13-02-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1309 of 2014 and I am also not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner on the ground, mentioned in the order dated 13-02-2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1309 of 2014.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No.149 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38196 of 2014 (4) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 2013 corresponding to G.R. No. 3431 of 2013, pending in the court of Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur stands rejected. However the concerned court must expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
