This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. vide Lakhisarai (Kawaiya) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 passed by learned A.D.J-II-cum-Special Judge, Lakhisarai against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code.
If charge-sheet has not been submitted by the police, the police will submit charge-sheet/Final Form within three months from today.
