The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 153(A), 353, 298, 332, 333 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

The accusations are of creating hindrance in discharging of the official duties and exploding the bomb. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32932 of 2022(2) dt.18-10-2022 2/2 against the petitioner. The petitioner was not apprehended from the spot. Moreover, good sense has been prevailed between the parties and a compromise petition has been filed which has been annexed as Annexure-4 of the petition.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Shageer/- U T
