In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 126 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 420, 354(C), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 66 (C), 66(D), and 67(A) of I.T. Act, 2000.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner has misused the photograph of the daughter of informant with obscenity and posted the same with the filthy language on the face book. When a call was given to the accused person, he started hurling abuses.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,
