2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent-Bank have stated that the account of the petitioner has been de-freezed and, therefore, nothing remains in the present writ petition to be adjudicated upon. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has suffered due to the action of the respondent-Bank and, therefore, prays this Hon'ble Court for granting compensation/cost.

3. This Court is not inclined to grant above prayer

Patna High Court CWJC No.6623 of 2015(11) dt.11-01-2024 2/2 as these are disputed questions of fact. However, the present writ petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court or Consumer Court for redressal of his grievance, if any.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
