For the reasons stated in the application read with the affidavit, in para-4 it is stated that "The parties have further agreed to take steps for closure of all cases pending between them" it has to be read as "The Parties have further agreed to take steps for closure of Morkahi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2009 (Sessions Trial No. 226 of 2017) pending before the court of learned 8th Additional Sessions Judge at Khagaria". To the above extent, para-4 of the order dated 15.09.2023 passed in M.A. No. 586 of 2017 stands modified.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C No. 1566 of 2024 stands disposed of.
