2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-509/354(B) of the Indian Penal Code, 8/12 of POCSO Act & 3(1)(r)(s)(w)/3(2)(va) SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
3. Allegedly, while the informant's daughter had gone into the field to pluck pea, the petitioner is said to have uttered filthy languages and also tried to drag her inside the mosque.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is under custody since 23-03-2024. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37039 of 2024(5) dt.30-09-2024 2/2 informant has lodged several cases against so many persons with similar allegation. She is in habit of lodging cases of similar nature against innocent persons.
5. On the otherhand, learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
