Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 414 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 326, 379, 385, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that in connection with loot of articles amounting to Rs. 6500/- from the shop of the informant, the petitioner gave Churra blow to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is old dispute between the parties. They are residing in the same village. The petitioner is in custody since

Considering the totality of the fact situation, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Chiraiya P.S.
