Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 has been arrested, as such, this application has rendered infructuous with respect to petitioner no.1. In such view of the matter, this application is dismissed as infructuous with respect to petitioner no.1. So far petitioner no. 2, he is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with G.R. No. 2786 of 2019, arising out of Belsand P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31618 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2021 2/2 Petitioner no. 2 has several criminal history which is a ground for not entertaining this application for bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
