2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 .
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons entered into the shop of informant and committed theft of cash of Rs. 1,50,000/- and other grocery items of Rs. 9,00,000/- .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case . The alleged stolen articles have been recovered from the possession of other co-accused persons. No incriminating material has been

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.
6. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge , Bettiah , West Champaran in connection with Nautan Police Station Case No. 09 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
