Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(1)(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Though, liquor was not recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was simply seen fleeing from the place of recovery. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of identical nature.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No. 3586 of 2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32306 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 arising out of Kotwali Police Station Case No. 279 of 2019, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
