Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 449 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the grand-mother of the deceased child. There is no evidence against her to connect with the murder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32887 of 2022(6) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Bharahi O.P.)
