The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram R.P.F. Case No.05 of 2019 for the offence under Section 3 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.03.2019. He further submits that nobody has seen the petitioner at the time of committing the theft of railway property and he has not put on TIP for identification. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29887 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learnd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway at Gaya, in connection with Sasaram R.P.F. Case No.05 of 2019.
