It is alleged that broken rifle and cartridge were recovered from a field.

Admittedly, said recoveries have not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner and for assaulting Awadhesh Yadav, a separate case has been registered.

So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is frankly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in para 3 of the petition, only two cases have been mentioned whereas there are three criminal cases against the petitioner but his submission is that out of the aforesaid three cases, two cases were lodged at the behest of either above stated Awadhesh Yadav or his family members. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
