JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09/ 23-09-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 205 of 2013 arising out of Patliputra P.S. Case No. 155 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 237, 238, 240, 243, 489(A), 489(B) and 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of recovery of two lakhs counterfeit currency notes from the possession of the petitioner. Learned APP produced the report of S.S.P., Patna dated 22.09.2015, let it be kept on record, which reflects that all the witnesses have been examined except one who is dead. Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
