JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2018 This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 7.4.2015 by which the petition filed for altering charge filed under Section 216 Cr. P.C. by the petitioner has been rejected. A report was called for from the Court below which has been received from which it appears that six witnesses have already been examined in the case including the doctor. The evidence of the investigating officer is only to be recorded for which summon has also been issued. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
