2. The present appeal has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"against the Judgment dated 28-112019 passed by the learned court of Additional District Judge-13th-cum- Motor Vehicle Claim Tribunal, East Champaran, Motihari in Claim Case no. 59 of 2016 whereby the claim of the claimant has been allowed and the o.p. no. 3,

Patna High Court MA No.443 of 2021(4) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 National Insurance Company ltd. has been directed to make payment of compensation of Rs.7,21,680/- in favour of the claimants with interest @7% per annum from the date of filing of the claim petition till the date of payment of compensation amount to the claimants within a period of three months from the date of this judgment failing which the claimants will be at liberty to realize the same amount through the process of the court."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The statutory amount if any, has to be returned to the concerned company.
