Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 229/2018 for the offence under sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the instant case, Rs. five laksh was found short. The petitioner is a bank employee. Primarily, three persons have been made accused for the shortage of Rs. five lakhs. He submits that petitioner is ready to pay one third of the amount subject to the final outcome of the instant case. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

No.71101 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on provisional bail for three months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sasaram at Rohtas, in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 on the condition that petitioner shall deposit approx Rs. 1,67,000/- and on deposit of the same provisional bail granted by this court shall be made absolute by the court below with other condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
