The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the pending dues.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13362 of 2021(2) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 respondent no.2 (Secretary, Building Construction Department) within two weeks from today, he shall consider the same and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter.

In case, any amount is due, the same shall be paid to the petitioner forthwith, failing which the due amount shall carry simple interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the said date.
